..were connected, this is what I learned already, not only in the "true scale" but also in H0. In another thread I read, that Atlas copied the 1/32 from Marusan (thanx PdL, recall me???), but to my information in H0 it was vice versa! Wasn't Atlas being copied from Marusan, and later from RSL Action Time (NZ), Faller and Estrela (Brasil)?
I hope this is the right board for me, since you were merely discussing 1/32 and 1/42 topics...

Is it the wrong board, or the wrong question?!? The wrong scale? Pleeeaaaaseee don't let me die hanging here without any possible answer!
I can also ask other questions, as long as I know somebody is talking to me :rolleyes:

Atlas went to Marusan and Tamiya and purchased their toys and re-packaged them.
Marusan also sold to Faller.
Estrela and others are just copies under license.

Was this only in the "true scales" or also in the small HO? This would mean, that the original Atlas chassis was invented from Marusan? :confused:

Yes. Atlas did not infact, design anything of their own until 1967, when they were supposed to release new cars that in fact, never came.
PdL
