Since the recent legal action against craigslist.org (what a joke that is), I am seeing more and more free message systems adding language such as this to their message threads....

Unless otherwise stated, the opinions expressed on (name of board) message boards belong solely to the author and do not represent the opinions or policies of (name of board).

Is this something that should be adopted at OWH????

that using a public forum IMPLIES that statement. But, ya know, where there are lawyers there exists a whole 'nother world where responsibility is ALWAYS someone else's job. (unless otherwise stated!)

my profound logic:

Have you ever watched an ant hill being formed, how ALL of the ants work together ?

But now go up in a spaceship, and look at earth, all you see is the majority of people trying to figure out how to f--- the other people, or wait for other people to do stuff, or pass some sort of law to 'get something done' rather than just rolling up their sleeves and DOING IT.
Seems everyone wants something for nothing.

But folks still sue anyway.....

I can't figure out how OJ can live with a 24 million dollar judgement against him.
