These machines are brand new and work great. They have small defects in anodizing and or scratches, and some other small defects. They might be slightley out of tolerance and will need some adjusting.

They are brand new but are being offered for sale as factory seconds. I guarantee them to be in working order.. They come with a power cable and all the necessary "L" wrenches to make adjustments.

it's either in or out of tolerance. as a manufacturer,you should not sell your
products that are out of spec. either improve your quality control, or have the
shop that machines your parts improve
theirs. fix whats wrong, don"t unload bad
stuff for a reduced price. in the long run
your business will suffer. Marc.

Sorry marc, all business's sell there factory second products. There is nothing wrong with selling my truer's that do not meet OUR tolerances. We decide what tolerances are acceptable for the products that WE sell and thus the end user decides if they like it by their repeat business. We sold the full production of our machines, over 200 machines. I have had some minor problems with some of my machines, they were worked on to improve their performance and as a stand up guy I won't sell them as new and perfect but I offer them at a great discount to whom ever wanted them with the full understanding that they are factory seconds. That includes racers and raceways.

I have 36 years of business experience under my belt! (big belt that it is...lol), over 16 years in slot cars alone. I welcome all feedback on anything we sell, this helps us improve on our products, and I hope we continue to have racers email and call us with advise on how to improve on something we sell. I ask you to find another manufacturer that donated more race prizes and sponsored more races than we have done over the last 16 years! Trust me I am doing nothing wrong! In fact I still get calls asking if I am going to put any more of my factory second machines up for sale. I have not had any complaints about my factory second sales. I am up front with every sale. If you know of someone not happy with my factory second sales please have them email me or call me at (516) 488-0455. In fact any problems that might have arose from the PR-RTT200 dual tire truer was handled expeditiously by me and I do not have any unsatisfied customers!

Marc, in business all manufacturers have seconds and they open up outlet stores just to sell theses products? I have done the same thing. I am offering my product at a greatly reduced price to anyone who chooses to bid on it on ebay or buy it here on OWH. I paid for an ad here on OWH to help keep it up and running. I could just sell them on ebay. I also do my part to donate to OWH whenever needed. I have even gone as far to offer them to raceways to sell as a factory second machine and I have given a huge discount to any raceway that bought them.

All the above is a moog point. At Prime Racing we develop our products with help from racers around the world and we have been working on a new model (PR-RTT300) dual tire truer. It is new and improved and has some new Revolutionary features and will continue to be the only dual slot car tire truer on the market with its features in the world. It is still in the testing phases. By the way I do have some new prototype machines I will be selling off once we decide on the final draft of the new machine. I will pay for another ad on commercial ads section of OWH to sell them and also auction them off on Ebay . Just doing my part to keep this great BBS running.

Now for all who read this response I will be posting a great deal I found on the Internet for another factory second slot car item being offered from another great slot car company. It is a fantastically great priced item and I bought three of them, I didn't care if it was a factory second it was a great price for great item. So keep your eyes open on the OWH Slot car Talk section.
