From their appearance these look to be front axle spacers for piano wire front axles.....

They look like leadwire eyelets for Scalextric type guides.
Could also be used for 1/24 cars on 1/16" piano wire front axles for spacers or retainers though.
Is this a quiz? If so, what do I win? :D

Sure looks like front spacers for a champion T-flex chassis, or some Parma chassis I think. You can solder the flange end to the chassis for strength.
A brass rivit , maybe?

drag chassis, and the kit came with several of those, in 3 different lengths (1/8", 1/4", and 3/8" I think). Some are used for axle spacers, some are for body pins. As noted they can be soldered to the chassis

Ninco and FLY, among others, use these for the leadwires at the guide shoe.

These are used for many things and are just basically eyelets. Depends on the size and use they are put to, from lead wires to axle spacers etc. etc..
I like to use the right size for scale appearing engine injector stacks, makes a decent, tough to break stack when glued from the inside of the body or soldered to a brass plate to hold them in place.

"I like to use the right size for scale appearing engine injector stacks"
Now, that's a good idea!

Here are two shots of brass eyelets being used as injector stacks on car bodies.
The Mc Larens are straight brass soldered in place at different heights to a brass plate CYAed in place underneath the body.

the Corvette stacks are short length eyelets glued into plastic tubing cut and glued to a .020 plastic plate glued underneath the hood.

They make nice detail additions.

Way cool, Larry!!!! I never thought of using the things for injector stacks!
What body is the 'Vette? And why is there so much toe in on the LR wheel?

Rotor; the toe in is probably due to the illusion that the wheel flares in the rear give it ,as it is very straight ahead in construction. (probably hiding a rear steer chassis design):D
The body is a 1/32nd scale Monogram Snaptite static kit from a few years ago. It got reworked a bit with .020 plastic sheet and Squadron green stuff putty. It was to be the big cousin to the Corvette Mako shark. It was entered in 1998 for the Proxy race at Bob Wards Daytona West track. It was front motored with a drive shaft to the rear wheels from a Fly Panoz.
The body is now in Germany having a resin version of it being made by Roland Koehler. He wanted a version of it badly enough to ask for it, Ok with me as long as I get one to.
