I know there is a lot of variables that goes into chassis choice on certain tracks the amount of banking and so on. What I'm interested in is an aluminun chassis which might work well on most tracks. From semi flat tracks like the one here in Louisville to a more banked track like Tulsa. Any input will be appreciated.

in Pro 27 this past weekend. I use it on semi banked Kings. I think it may be a tad "soft" for Tulsa. The Zap Extreme is a wise choice.

Ron,

I have a chassis of those that I use on an Ogilvie Blue King, but the car looses is front although I tires are on minimum diam . and body is an O/S Royale with rib. Do you have the same problem or did you put some extra weight on the front?

Can you help me?

The car is the one orange, blue & white

Thanks

I have a "brass" guide nut. O/S viper w/ rib 140mm x 29mm , 5x5 kit mounted so the body rubs the top of the guide flag. I have used the advice from the body manufacture to use longer diaplane length to help plant the nose faster at low speeds and keep it planted in traffic. Koford wxx or wx @ .600" to .625 width.
It works well and does not create heat in the motor.

I used a Buef Express Short Ultra Chasis at both of the raceways mentioned. I think anyone who saw my car would say it was hooked up pretty good. I run all short cars at Tulsa and have been going for even shorter bodies there and it works great (just gets faster and faster). I like the BX chasis cause it is very available and the Ultra has made it through two Tri-State Races unbent (which has to be a record somewhere).
