Amazing - is that the first time all 8 drivers in a main broke 1,000?

The new criteria for track records will dictate that the voltage be at 14.3 volts unloaded making all older records obsolete. Now, the question I have is will all tracks wanting to set records have to have some sort of computer monitoring system that will kick in additional power supplies to boost the power up once current drop occurs?

The voltage dropped as low as 13.1 during the race. 8 great drivers makes all the difference.

Sounds like some good racing in the warm up alone, 1133 is alot of laps the track must be full punch around everywhere. Any driving at all?

Let Forrest know that Robert Park says good luck on sunday and tell him to give me a call if he has a chance

Good Luck to everyone for the rest of the weekend. Hope to see some of you at the Western States at Buena Park Sept 11-12 2004

Obsolete? Id say those still holding a record with 14.0 Volts is far from obsolete....Especially when its a world record at that...

And congrats on the new record. Track must be running nice Doug. See ya in July.
