I want to extend my deepest appreciation and thanks to Nathan Thompson for filling in while I slept today. Both Tony and Colin were racing today, so I did not get to the track until after the race. I must have been in a coma, as I slept all day.

I had set up a template for today's race, but the laptop had been shut down and rebooted apparently, so Nathan managed to do it all perfectly from scratch - following my format nearly exactly, and getting all the names right too. Most people do not realize how much work this really is, and it is nearly impossible to do it alone, especially alll week long, so I REALLY appreciate any help I get!!! Most of the racers here are plenty busy with racing, pitting and thrashing, so it is often hard to find someone who has the time and is willing to help.

And thanks again to Roger Schmitt - who took all the great photos today, while also pitting for his son Colin and friend Tony.

"Smoking Joe" Redmond............it's about time lady luck smiled on you. You've been fast and pretty and that's all good, but, I'm sure you'd trade some of the TQ's and Concours plaques for wins. It's been about 3 years since Tommy drug you to Nashville to visit and you couldn't stand it so you bought an RJR roller out of the counter. Now look at where you are. Congratulations.........

Congratulations also to Earl.............
