You have to scroll down to the description to see what I'm talking about. Like how fast would you have to be going to need cooling fins. Is this for cars using a flux capacitor LMAO.Attachment 18111
We do have cooling fins for our 1:1 race cars, but I can't think why you would need them on a slot car, especially without drilled hubs.
A better description would be "splined" not finned...Definitely not cooling fins. I believe those "splines" are there to assist the old rubber tires to not slip on the hubs.
Only listing were for wire wheel inserts. I recall one set of wheels with fins in the 1960s patterned after a real prototype wheel. I think the aero drag exceeded any improvement of performance.
