NASRA also has OMB with same rules as USRA. HB box allows cahoza products to be used and aluminum endbell and two motor limit. HB 12 is what the old outdated 72gm pro 12 usra class should have been....

No proposal to add HB12, one of the biggest classes raced everywhere???
