Dustyn (and others) I think the cheapest place to stay is here:

Days Inn Naperville. Herman stayed there a few years ago and every morning he came by my daughter's house to pick me up he appeared to still be in one piece, so it might be a good bet. Regor had some deal for The Worlds in October, not sure if that is happening again. The drive from Days Inn is less than 20 minutes, maybe less if you take the toll road down to 63rd St exit and pay something like half a buck.
The Hotel we have a deal with is the OakBrook Holiday Inn $59.00 a night with free breakfast
address is 17 West 350 22nd Street, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181
phone is (630) 833-3600
website is http://www.hioakbrook.com/
just ask for the Mid-America raceway rate

Roger's deal might look good, but I can tell you that I just found out today that Hermanator will be serving a full continental breakfast in his room at Days Inn in Room 237, all the flavors of DONUTS you want......just ask for the Nats Hermanator Rates.....
We stayed at The Days Inn in 2009 at the Nats in Naperville. Probably the same one. It was clean and nice, only about 4 other rooms full the whole week, lol. I think it was only $40-$50 dollars a night and split 4ways was a heck of a bargain. The Holliday Inn is a little nicer and does include the nice breakfast.
All this talk about Nats is threatening my resolution of frugality...lol . If I could pull it all off for like $400, I may just have to tag along......

Well I am booked to fly in on Friday the first. I will be staying at the Days Inn.

Roger, my question to you is why did you schedule this race from thurs to mon? I was trying to come run GT12 and 1/24 Euro but because of your schedule I will not be able to try and race there. Just was curious why you changed the schedule around from years past?

You mean I am going to have to eat Hermans donut dust at the races and at the hotel as well.
Great...I was wondering why the rooms at Day in were $30-35 a night...
See you all Friday 8th. when I get in late evening that is if I get lost driving....
