GTO Madman V 4.6" Long Group 27 Light Chassis

I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to test one of the prototype chassis. I can say I am very pleased with its handling on our King.

We just ended the first annual Wade Raceway 500....... Christopher Everett ran the GTO HI-TECH chassis... the MadMan V.... it not only handle well on our King Track, but he out qualified Koford and BBB driver Paul "Beuf" Pedersen, former GTO-HI TECH and current Koford driver Bullistic Bob Everett with a 2.363...... Chris ended the race with a third place finish behind his dad and Beuf... it was close though, Bob finished with 616, Beuf with 609 and Chris with his GTO ride had 606..... he also finished second in the Box Stock 12 race with a GTO ride...... Chris is someone to watch out for as he is the one to beat at his home track in Washington..... He was taught be his father, a former national semi-pro winner, who was taught by one of the best...... GTO HI-TECH, you just can't go wrong.....

That is one awesome looking chassis and I love the body pins. I can remember GTO from way back in the day, and with this little beauty, looks like they are still taking place on the podium. I have been out of the gr27 loop for a while now but looking forward to getting into the "lite club". Do they come assembled only or are they available in kits? I'll take three.

I haven't heard from the owner of GTO, Gary Orahood, in quite sometime now, but you may get more info from the owner of Pacific Slot Car Raceway in Edgewood, Washington.... that is the home track for the Everett's.....

Gary has been AWOL for quite some time, sometimes life gets in the way of slotcars. As such I am not aware of any GTO chassis available anywhere. Your choices are probably going to be Koford or ProSlot.
