Can 1/32 parma cars run on NINCO Digital with Chip?

can the 1/32 scale parma cars run on a NINCO digital layout with Digital chips installed with a home set motor?

MAYBE...the power supply will run OK, BUT you need to put a thin flag on the cars to run on the Ninco trac - especialy if it has the tight #1 corners. TSRF universal flags work fine. Parma 'homeset' flags are a poor joke.
