Back in the day of franchised raceways there was more consistent rules -at least within the franchises.

What part of the country are you in and what type of racing are you interested in ?
I realize the antiquity of this post buuuut.....its new to me.
Can you compare and contrast ISRA USA with USRA rules for me? In general terms of course.
For example, if a US Raceway is picking a set of rules, which seems to be the best?

Pull up the rules, read them & figure it out yourself.

Especially around the Chicago area,we also have the SCORE Oval Series based out of Lucky Bobs in Milwaukee; Formula 2000 - lower cost spray glue wing series from Alpha Raceway in Wisconsin; and Mid-America Hardbody Racing Series based at both Chicagoland and MidAmerica Raceways as well as At The Track in South Bend, Indiana.

Consider that your neighboring tracks have racers that can visit and travel 100 miles once in a while for big races. Be INCLUSIVE rather than exclusive.

Drag racing? HO? Plastic home set cars? Whole other set of things......
