For those that have been to BP several times, what are the best rental car companies at LAX?

Rental Cars for the D-1 Nats

I've spent weeks searching for the best deal and it is not LAX. It certainly depends on how long you're going to be there. In my case it's 7 days. I got a quote from Enterprise in Buena Park for a Standard size for 7 days for $186. LAX was about $440. The negative on the Enterprise deal is that they are closed on Sunday and 1/2 day on Saturday. My plan is to take the shuttle from LAX to the hotel/raceway on Sunday and get the rental Monday morning. Then I will turn in the rental at LAX the following Sunday when I fly out and pay the $40 drop-off fee. This deal is $200 cheaper for me.

    Later,

I have 3 Entertainer Tour Bus companies on my tour route. Deja Vu rents for $1000 per day; plus driver @ $300/day and about $3000 for fuel round trip Nashville to LA. It comes complete with a telescoping pole in the Star Sleeping Suite for dancing entertainment and all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel suite. Kid Rock is among the lessees.

Sounds like a better plan than American Airlines, Enterprise, Rodeway Inn

I did what Milton did and booked from the Enterprise in Buena Park and got an economy for $20/day. We are flying in on August 4th, maybe one of my friends (hint hint) can pick us up at LAX and transfer us to the enterprise in Buena Park!

I'll have to hitchhike my way to Buena Park, LOL! I looked up Enterprise's rates at LAX this morning and the same economy car there is $70/day.

The Group F race sounds good but I'll miss by 2 days. I was just wondering about cash purse put up for the Open record, is Semi-Pro included in on this deal?
