I was fortunate enough to work with Paul on the magazine for a few years. I used a variety of pen names including Ben Trim, Guy Flagg, Ben Dover, Ilene Dover, Kornover Marshal and the given names of many of the pro wrestlers of the era including Terry Bollea, Dwayne Johnson, Randy Poffo and dozens of others. It was kind of a running gag, also made it look like there were more contributors than there actually were

I've got a box about a foot deep of them! It's great to look back at the old technology.

It's not slot Car Bulletin but I hope it continues the spirit of that great magazine. Slot Car Racing News is the official journal of the British Slot Car Racing Association but the magazine tries to report Internationally as well. The April issue contained a full USRA Scale Nats report by our Senior American Correspondent, George Russell. June issue is with he printers at the moment so should be posted within the next few weeks. Currently have 18 American subscribers.

I bet you that the USA subscribers will now double! Because I knew nothing about it.

Give us a link for subscription, please.

    Jeff,

As one of Pat's 18 US subscribers, I'm pretty certain you'll need to PM Pat for the correct dollar figure for membership. The BSCRA website only has the fee in pounds for UK members.

The way I set up subscription is by Paypal. I send you a Paypal invoice for 25 and Paypal converts to $US. If you contact me at patricksdskene@gmail.com. I can set that up. same goes for anyone else who wishes to subscribe.

Forgot to say the subscription is for 5 issues and makes you an International member of BSCRA.
