Note to anyone trying to figure out who some of the racers are (JPVR?):
I am not there (in fact I am 8,000 miles from there, watching online like most of you)... nor do I have any control over what gets typed on the race computer. I don't know why they can't seem to get people's full names, or type them into the lap counter, but I'm sure they are trying to hurry. Often the racers do not bother to put their full names on the tech sheets, so that is what gets typed into the computer.

I was watching this - and after 7 heats Les Wright was way out in front. He finished in red lane, and must have had something happen, because he dropped about 30 laps and wound up 3rd.
Congrats to Ulli!

Wow, what a race! Looking at the entry list it could be a World Championship. Hamilton, James and Rich made fantastic achievements to be on the podium.

Kudos to my Aussie mates Lindsay and Russell for stepping up to the plate against the best in the world.

Great comeback for Reggie in the B Main. He had trouble in the 4th heat and lost about 15 laps! Great comeback Reggie. Would have been real interesting for the win had that not happened..... Good luck in Gr 27.
