Does anybody know how to solve the following problem?
We are using the SpyTech Race Manager and it’s software rm 1.5 beta 5 on a pc with Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP3.

After some 12 years of working with the Spytech Race Manager on both of our tracks, we just recently encountered problems during races with one of our systems, installed on our Blue King track.
Without any repeatable reason the systems stalls occasionally during the race, showing a windows message that there is a conflict followed by a termination of the race program.

The Dr Watson log file shows a MSG_CRASH with event ID 4097, more in detail (translated into English Language):

The application, C:\Program Files\SpyTech\SpyTech Race Manager\1.5\1.5BETA 5\rm.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 10-19-2012 at 22.49.45.328 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 72C94678 [wdmaud!mxdMessage].

Please note that over the last roughly 12 months there have been no (windows) software updates or changes on mentioned pc, nor did we implement any changes on the hardware set-up.
The pc is a standalone system, not connected to a network or an internet environment.
