    What's a good paint for 1/24 wood routed tracks?

    What's a good paint for 1/24 wood routed tracks?
    The track in question has been sanded down bare wood.

    oil or water base primer FIRST - especially on the braid shelf. Waterbase floor enamel next. If epoxy not used, clear poly is also a good option to seal paint.

    We used the water based epoxy floor paint that Lowes sells when we built the Bristolville track, the surface has held up very well and rubbers in good as well. Very easy and economical to use.
