Well, up until about 5 minutes ago I thought I had only 100 photos to upload .... I have another 129 to go through. I'll post some of the highlight photos to this thread and the remainder to the OWH Gallery ...provide I can remember my password (help Paul).

Whatever happened to Tech Sheets?
The old magazines always had pictures of the podium cars along with the tech sheets.

2013 USRA Div 2 Nats - Tony Moore Pics

Hey Mike!

I've posted everything I can as soon as available - but please remember that I am 9,000 miles away and was not able to attend.
I am depending on the info from SpeedZone NJ, and others who have posted pics or info.

Those "old magazines" often had great Nats coverage when they were in attendance, and there were several years when I did my "almost live" coverage right alongside Paul Meiers of Slot Car Bulletin and John Ford of Scale Auto Racing News. We somehow managed to share race results & info, and even pics on occasion. My goal was to get the basic results online "almost live", while John & Paul M were busy writing their reports for the next month's magazines. Paul Meiers put a lot of work into compiling the tech sheet info... but please remember that this kind of info was usually available 1 or 2 or 3 months after the Nats. Paul Meiers & SCB are truly missed. John Ford of SARN, when unable to attend the Nats, is in the same boat as me - and depends upon race organizers or racers to submit photos, results, and articles to SARN.

I will see if I can track down and get access to the tech sheet info, but it ain't going to happen overnight.

Next year I hope to be at the Nats - especially since it will be at my "home track" back in Seattle. With the LapMaster program and live webcam coverage, it takes a lot of the burden off of reporting the race results... but photos and other info like tech sheets will still need to be typed up and posted manually.

If you'd like to come to the Nats next year, I could certainly put you to work helping type up all the tech sheet info!

For now... I will post more 2013 Nats info & pics as it becomes available.

Tony, you capture a lot in your photos of people, you're a great "people photographer". Thanks so much for catching me at a moment that at least I wasn't drooling all over my shirt or some other embarrassing senior situation......looking forward to upcoming chapters

George we both had 1 of those senior moments LOL can you say red black white.

At least I was and I even painted to body.

You're absolutely right!. I've attended at least ... eight Nats (Div I, Div II, ISRA regional) and you're guaranteed to get very little sleep and have lots and lots of fun.
