ENTRY FEES:

First class raced… $15.00 (includes pre-race practice and track provided lunch)
Second/third class raced … $10.00 each

Raceway opens at 8:00 AM
Practice: 8:00-9:30 AM (track power will be turned off at 9:30)
TECH: 9:30 AM (All three classes will be teched at the same time)
Qualifying for F1/Indy and Can-Am will take place immediately after tech closes.


SUN. Aug 25

World Sports Car Coupe (WSC)
Stock Car
Retro-Flexi

ENTRY FEES:

First class raced … $15.00 (includes pre-race practice and track provided lunch)
Second/third class raced … $10.00 each

Raceway opens at 8:00 AM
Practice: 8:00 – 9:30 AM (track power will be turned off at 9:30)
TECH: 9:30 AM (All three classes will be teched at the same time)
Qualifying for WSC will take place immediately after tech closes.




GENERAL INFORMATION

All races will be held on Rt. 93’s Original 155’ American Blue King.

All six divisions will follow IRRA LLC car specs. Rules may be found at: retroslotracing.com

Buckeye Retro Series (BRS) race day procedures will be followed. All IRRA LLC car specs, rules, procedures and by-laws will be enforced.

F1/Indy, Can-Am and WSC will qualify to determine positions in heats/mains. Races will be three minutes on / two minutes off. Qualifying will be one minute. Fastest lap determines position.

Starting positions for heats/mains in Retro Anglewinder, Stock Car and Retro-Flexi will be by random draw. Races will be two minutes on / two minutes off.

Concours judging will be held for all six classes.

The Retro Summit will be a ‘combined’ BRS point race for the North and South series’. Racers must declare which series they are participating in for the F1/Indy and Can-Am classes. Points will only be awarded for one series.

The track will provide lunch on both days. There will be no designated lunch ‘break’. Racers are expected to eat when not racing and/or marshalling.

There will be no practice sessions held between races.

The track will be open for practice on Friday, Aug. 23. Please call for hours.

The first two Retro Summit races were co-promoted by ORS, P-O and MRRA...

This year the race will be promoted by the newly formed Buckeye Retro Series (BRS)...

The 'Third Annual' refers to the race, not to the presenting group...

No different then when a major NASCAR or IndyCar race changes title sponsorship...

Also... F1/Indy, Can-Am. WSC Coupe and stock car classes are LIMITED to Pro Slot 'Puppy Dog' motors, with a 'spec' 7T pinion...

Please note: The most recent PARMA NN Ti-22 body will NOT be legal for The SUMMIT race at Rt. 93 on Aug. 24. PARMA has not submitted this body to IRRA LLC for approval at this writing.
