    Samson Classics axle collars

Seems like there are many collars available now, very useful for retaining gear mesh while changing tires, especially on an inline frame.

But you still have to use a spacer to get the collar away from the bearing and sometimes the available collars are just too long to fit a car with a wide bracket.

The Samson Classics axle collar design addresses these two problems:

Only .160" wide in total, and with a .010" step machined on the bearing side, these collars should help to resolve space problems and save all those axle spacers.
The collars are available in 3/32" bore and 1/8" if you need them, although mostly those are used for the new Samson Classics ball bearing front wheel assemblies. The collars are supplied with stainless steel cup-point setscrews, and are CNC-machined from 2024 Aluminum.
Retail price is $4.95 per pair, available in pairs or in packets of 6 for $13.95
    Raceway discounts available.
