Race report from BPR Aug 24-2013

Race day in sunny Cali, they guys came in from Arizona as tumble weed and the the guys up the coast was hungry for a spot in the sun light as well.
Loaded with Falcon 7's that we can can't buy any more, so the regular guys that don't stock pile motors where up the river with out a paddle as usual.
Yep there they are tuning their rides as normal. Its all about dialing in your ride with stuff that some of can't buy, is it the right thing to do? I don't know but I think is not right but I guess it is what it is?

This guys did not have one!

Dennis R. great guy with a good sense of humor.

This is where dreams are made.

Hot gun for sure loaded with Falcon's....Ben is one of the fast once at this point.

He is getting much better as well.

    Blingster.

Fast guy on the flat track, it was good to see Fiddler again.

Fast tumble weed like TJ and Duran tweaking on their rides.

Lets get to the tech table and see what Cukras has to deal with?

    Next is tech with Cukras.

I might not finish this race report due to the fact that I do not accept the fact that we are allowing motors that is not available for the racers at this point.
I did try to talk to my friend Cukras to ban this Falcons due to the fact that the racers can't get them and I sure don't want to be part of this game.
Not my loss, I feel that its not fair to the 90-95% of racers that can't get this motors.
I think we should open up the sealed motors for S.C.R.R.A races and don't allow motors that is not available for most of us to make it fair, it should be decided by how well you build your chassis and your tuning ability's as well your driving skills.
It sure should not be decided by how your stock pill your stuff.
Heck I'm with Cukras all the way but If I fell that the racer next to me don't have the same tools as the guys that are the " Usual Suspects on the podium" its not fair for me they spend their money as much as me and its at times harder when you live under a limited income.
That is my opinion and you might not like it but I don't really don't care.
When we race with the same choices I will race.

Hey Nesta, don't give up. I gotta see how my local peeps did. Earl ran a Hawk... oh well
Something has to give if Falcons aren't available. Even the guy in the parking lot will be outa biz.

Mark do I ever give up? NEVER did I do that, but I think we need to set things right to make it fair for the racers that shows up for the races.
I think its fair that the guys can race with the same motors if its available, if not it's not fair, after all we would have races that is not supporting the program and then you will having a few that will show up to race.
ROUND ROBIN is not that fun is it?
Also it's good as long as you play and you don't know what is going on, but when you think about it is it really the right thing to do?

I think by the time of the next King track race, Debbie will have the new F-7's in stock. Motor or not, you still have to know how to race ( as evidenced by my finish while using a Falcon 7).

Of the subject of race report, yes my rides where fast specially the on that TJ lend me (F1), the CanAm had a old Falcon 7 that I got out of a old car.
Face it the power we have at BPR at this time favors 7's and not TSR.
Time for me to get going with the rest of the report.
Well I think I did fair in CanAM?
