Been awhile but just wanted you all to hear and see this.

It's a long post but please bare with me. As most of you know after Joe died I pretty much got out of slots. Jennie is doing better but still takes much of my time caring for here. She wound up loosing part of her rt foot, but it's healing pretty good, but she will never walk without aid. So I decided to get into working on old mini bikes, like we had as kids. I joined a website called oldminibikes.com. People were very nice and I thought I had made lots of new friends. They even sent donations last year when Jennie was in the hospital. Meantime I find out I have health issues of my own. PTSD and now my rt side shakes uncontrollably and my speech is messed up. I have all kinds of testing to be done, from MS to Parkinson's and anything in between. So I listed on the forum the other day that I needed to raise some money and wanted to sell my stuff as a package deal. This is only one of many replies I got
in my opinion vic is a fraud, his screen name, all the 'history'

he fabricated, all his crisis's including the death of a son, putting his
dog to sleep, wifes heart attack. and all the pictures are fake.

his best story line was his son 'bought' him a $200,000 trailer
yet he had to beg on a forum for a free $600 slot car race track.
(not to mention that later his "son" told him to sell the track)

every site he was on had scores of posts of his misfortunes and
    his sacrifices to his kid.

vic most likely found a family in NH that had a disabled son
with legit pictures and then posed as the dad figure using
their story and their pictures on various forums. this made
    him 'look' legit.

he tested the water here previously and decided to go for
the kill shot in his "selling everything" thread.

this is how some people earn their living. there are enough forums
out there to earn some good coin doing this. like any other
'business' he has to invest. time is spent making up history, harvesting
pictures, gaining the trust of fellow forum members, then the
bleeding heart stories start after he gained trust.'

Now mind you the camper was Joes and bought with his Special Trust Needs money well after the fact. When he died, the camper had to be sold, as we sure as heck couldn't make the payment. And that was Joes business anyways. I have never begged for money, and in face started a few different fundraisers myself, and am unemployed since Joe died. And have done it here in the past

This post on the mini bike forum cut me like a knife and really hurts me. Jennie couldn't believe it and cried her eyes out.

You all here have known me for a very long time, and for someone to say that just pisses me off. I don't have much but I have pride !!

Thanks for reading this and letting me vent.

I'm thinking that because of all the bad luck we've had , It's maybe just unreal to believe. As you all know our lives have always been an open book and maybe I tell private things I shouldn't. But I thought that's what friends did. Guess I was wrong.

    Vic,

    Hang in there Vic.

Ignore the pricks who take so much delight in trying to put you down. They are the vermin of this life.

My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to both Jennie and you

    Take care my friend.

Hang in there Vic. Unfortunately sometimes bad things happen to good people.

That one statement was a pretty ignorant one. It wouldn't be a very good scam to get pennies on the dollar for the stuff you have had to sell. Not to mention how elaborate you would have had to be for the people who actually came to your house to help with the controller and track.

There are many here who still care about you and your family.

Thank you Alan, I know our lives prob sound like a bad soap opera, but yes many people and friends have been here and visited over the years.

    Vic,

Some folks have so little going for them, the only way to build themselves up is to tear someone else down. You and I, the good Lord, and the entire slot car community know the truth. In helping your family, our own lives were changed. You and Jennie are still in our prayers.
