HERSHMAN and WATSON SPLIT T/R MOTORPLEX BRS SOUTH CONTEST

MIAMISBURG, OH … For the first time this year one driver did not dominate a Buckeye Retro Series (BRS) event, as Ron Hershman and Terry Watson both claimed victories at Rick Blackson’s T/R Motorplex facility in Miamisburg on Sat., Jan. 25. Hershman was victorious in tbe Can-Am class, while Watson made a triumphant return to BRS action by nailing down the win in Formula One/Indy.

Snow, ice, and frigid temperatures across Ohio significantly hampered the racer turnout, as only 11 competitors braved the elements to compete on the 155 foot Gary Gerding-built G-11 super speedway King track.
