It looks like Paul G is competing in every class.

2nd place was quite the battle as young Justin caught and passed PG at the end of the race. Jonathan must of had a missle, out qualifying PG bad over 1/10th. He took the lead and really was never challenged.

Jon was running low 4.4s very easy in practice. Nobody was in the same world. Dont think he pushed very hard for that win. Great driver and car, it was definitely fun to see.

Jonathan's car was awesome. His motor was very close to everyone else's. But his car handled better than everyone and where he was killing me was in the sweeper entering the donut. He'd pull away like I was standing still.

It's a shame there wasn't any video, would have been fun to watch.

You didn't have too bad of a Nats Jay, are you going to make the trek to Speed Zone next year?

The problem with video in my opinion is the quality is very low and there isn't much to see with the cars moving so fast. At best you get to see the occasional outburst or expression from a driver when something bad happens. Its also has to be watched constantly to be sure the feed stays up so the raceway doesn't get bombarded with phone calls asking what happened to the video. You also cannot filter audio so often times someone near the feed source having a colorful discussion gets rebroadcast and does not present an image of the race or raceway I personally want to promote as being normal. So until such time when quality is better and reliability is reasonable and people are more mindful of a larger audience I don't plan on making a big investment in streaming video beyond what we already have.

I can tell you it was an awesome time for those that were here participating and watching.

I do understand all the shortcomings of UStream and for the most part agree. But having watched a few races that way, it's still better than none. Completely understand your decision not to mess with it, but as someone who enjoys your facility and knpws most of the people there, having video might have eased the pain of not being able to make the trip...Did I mention my In-laws are still here
