So lane change cards are not required?
Paul,
Wow - what a reply. I deserved your wrath
My comment wasn't directed at your posts per se, but rather a reply and quote. Maybe I should have checked further before I posted.
It was just that I realised that the voice on the video was none other than our Club President's.
The racing in Latvia looked like a load of fun and I watched a lot of the stuff live.
The link service you provided Paul, for both videos and photographs - was second to none.
Thank you![]()

Remember the lack of any credible evidence is proof the conspiracy is working!
Bill,
Actually, there's no working on the cars in ISRA. Only check the braid, push in pins, change stickers, and put it back in. In the video, the guy was not supposed to pick it up and walk with it, but since we'd been having problems with this, there were two deputy marshals watching. I don't remember if he set the car back where it was supposed to be (he was talking to the driver) or left it ahead. I don't recall that he was told to set it back, which did happen a few times in the main, all drivers included.

I do agree, that lane change cards would now make sense. We used to have them, but then they were felt to be no longer necessary. No big worries, there is no slot car racing on Earth with as many rules as World ISRA.
