We placed this bid because of numerous racers wanting to do something bit different........for awhile now the NATS has been on similar speedbowl type of tracks......we are asking you to bring the race to our OGILVIE king ..it rewards speed and driving...it is a great track...A lot of you have been on her and know how much fun it is......a lot of racers think it is time for this to happen.......I hope you do to and vote for SCR!!!! We have hosted the Scale NAts 3 times.....we know how to put on a great race,come to NOR CAL(one of the top tourist destinations in the WORLD) and do some racing!!!! I might also point out that we actually race USRA every month at SCR.........do the others??? Think outside the box and vote for SCR!! Thanks...

I think that the time has come to try something a little different! With the advances improvements in technology this would be a fun race.

Vegas, I think this would be a really nice change and a great chance for some new wing racers to get into wing racing. Since Frank has been doing the monthly wing races (how often do you hear about something like that happening - monthly wing races) I have started to get the bug to go to a Div. 1 wing nats! Heck, flat track royalty, Fred Hood was even wing racing the other day. I am glad Slot Car Raceway put in for this and I hope he gets the Nats.
