Rules for the Kings of Retro

I would like to know where to find the rules that will be used for this race series ? I am planning on running anglewinder and can am classes.

The Anglewinder uses SCRRA rules with the exception of the motor rules,in ORS Pro Slot 4002 FK sealed motor is the only motor allowed. The Can-Am uses IRRA rules.
