Three days to go!
Some of us are putting together GTP's for the king and A-production cars for the flat track. If we have enough of either we will run a 5th class, time permitted.
This Saturday's race is shaping up nicely.
There is already 5 guys here practicing, including the long, lost Kevin W.
Rob and I did an extensive walk around on the track, gluing a few bad spots and rolling the minor ones.
Hopefully we'll have as good of luck with it, as the last 2 races.
Chuck said, a few weekends ago, he is coming.
Andy Fisher was in yesterday to pick up a chassis and arm for the JRL race, so hopefully he'll be ready, and make his debut in this class.
Got this up in time for the race.
Big thanks to Ralph Thorne for donating his talents to help me honor a great racer and greater guy.

With Andy joining us, and Kevin W. rejoining us, we had our biggest JRL turnout in awhile.
Track was bullet fast and KVP broke the single lap record.
Running a non-ghost race, and a few top many times out of the slot , left him a lap short of Rob's record.
Rob edged out Milk Carton Chuck, for 2nd.

The O12 race easily saw the fastest lap times turned in awhile.
KVP was in the pits awhile, trying to figure out mysterious damage from a wreck at the end of the straightaway.
He came back to break the long standing 4.07 single lap record of Mike Kravitz's, with an awesome 4.01, on Blue.
With the high speeds and only 1 ghost, the racing was pretty wild at times.
Chuck recovered from an awful Blue lane, to edge out a steady David S., by 8 ft.
Dale lead a good portion of the race, but finished Purple-Black.
He held on for 3rd, over Ricky and Bernie.
The 012 reign of King Geary ended after 3 races

Record fast racing continued into Eurosport.
What started as quick racing real kicked up a notch as guys got used to the fast conditions and Bernie dropped out, opening up the track a bit, in this "straight" race.
Running numerous 44's, only a cracking body stopped Chuck from breaking his own record of 331.
Ricky D really came on, midrace, running a record 45 laps, despite a comeoff, to take 2nd.
KVP went 3.78 on Red, the last heat, and took 3rd.

In B Production, we had a real nice 13 car field.
In the race, Kevin Van Pelt put down probably the most dominant performance in GL ISRA history, on my track, taking the 14 lap win.
Records for everything, total laps,(by 5 laps),single heat(a whopping 2 laps, with a 41 on Orange), single lap, (by half a tenth).
Chuck, Ricky D, and myself had a pretty good battle for the scraps, with me taking 2nd, and Chuck edging out Ricky by a lap for 2nd.
Printout to follow.
