Here are the rules for the 2018 race. Please note any changes from last years rules are highlighted in Red. There is talk of adding a 3rd class to one of the days but nothing set in stone as of yet. As soon as something is firm, i will post rules. Sunday Schedule:
    Indy/F1- King
    Penn/Jersey Cup Cars- Engleman

    General:
Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and is grounds for disqualification.
There is 1 car per driver and 1 driver per car. You must race the car as it it submitted to tech. The body and chassis must remain the same throughout the race.
May change all other components. If you change the body and/or the chassis you will be
    disqualified.
Any damage that would make the car illegal, such as lose of major part of the body, interior or a car dragging the track surface must be repaired within 3 laps. You will be black flagged after the 3rd lap which will result in a DNF.
Cars will be impounded once they pass tech and also at the conclusion of each main. Racers will be allowed to take their cars back once the race has been completed.
All cars that pass tech cannot be touched until they are put onto the track for qualifying.
Lane changes are the drivers responsibility. No compensation will be giving for incorrect changing of lanes.

    Race Day Procedures:
    Raceway will open at 7:30AM.
    Free practice from 7:30-9:30am
Tech will open at 9:30 each race day and close at 9:45am.
Once the first race is over there will be 1hr of free practice
Tech will open for the 2nd race on each day when 45 mins of the hr practice has been completed and will close 10 minutes after practice has concluded.
Your car must be on the tech table by the time tech closes or you will not be able to race.

    Qualifying:
Each racer will qualify on a selected lane for 30 seconds. Their fastest overall lap time will be recorded and will be used to seed the mains. A racers 2nd fastest lap time will be used as a tie breaker. If the tie breaker lap times are the same, sign in order will be used to determine who gets the better position.

    Race Procedure:
Every race will be ran as a main. C main will run before the B main and the B main will run before the Amain. The mains will be seeded from slowest to fastest.
If there are 9 racers or less we will run a round robin. 10 racers or more we will run equal mains.
There will be a 1 min warm-up prior to the start of every race.
Each race will consist of 3 mins per lane with a 1:30 min lane change.

    Car Repair / Pitting:
You are allowed to do any work to your car during the lane change. Any change can be made except for the following:
    CANNOT CHANGE CHASSIS
    CANNOT CHANGE BODY
If you pit your car under green flag conditions and upon returning to the track, if you or you pit person make contact with another competitor's car, you will receive a 10 lap penalty. The other driver will be able to look at his car and if repairs are needed that driver will have 3 mins to make repairs.

    Marshaling:
You are responsible to marshal the main following your main.
A main drivers marshal the C main; C main drivers marshal the B main; B main drivers marshal the A main.
If you do not have a replacement marshal or marshall when its your turn it will result in a 10 lap penalty.
There will be equal number of marshals for all mains

    Track Calls:
If a car in unmarshalable (In front of the drivers panel, under the bridge or in the middle of the track) A rider is a track call.
If a car is on the floor near the track that is NOT a track call. If the car is under the track and the marshal has to go under the track to retrieve the car, that is a track call.
Regardless of how many cars or off in a single corner, it is NOT a track call.
Once the track is clear the race will resume.
If a driver is involved in a track call and they request to see their car, once the car is in the hands of either the driver or pit crew the race will resume.
If a driver or pit person ask for the car to do repairs to the car that resulted in a track call. That car must put back on the track at the same spot it was removed from. i.e. if you ask for your car and you were in section
11 once the repairs are done you have to go back on in section 11. If you do not go back on the track at the same spot it will result in a 10 lap penalty.
If you are involved in a track call incident, you can ask the marshal to fix/ straighten you braid, push in body pins and pop out your body. Once the marshal is done with that it will then be considered a clear track and the race will resume.

    Classification:
A drivers finishing position will be a result of the total of laps completed and the number of sections. When a racer completes their segment of the race, they must inform the race director of their stopping section. If the racer does not inform the race director of their stop section then the racer will be assigned section 0.
The number of laps made can only be a result of the lap counter. No lap corrections will be made for lane jumping (riders) or missed counting due to the cars braid. If a car jumps over the lap counter… call track and you can have your car placed back behind the lap counter. The race director must check the lap counting system if there is a sustained problem.
If a problem with the lap counter occurs, then the race director must rerun the current segment. If the counter fails to operate, the raceway must repair or provide
    an alternate lap counter.

Changes from last year highlighted in RED?????????? I see a change of motor in LMP but it sure isn't highlighted in RED.
I've done so much with so little for so long it seems like I can do anything with nothing at all.

Most likely the red didn't carry over when the rules were pasted and copied to here.

I may have asked this last year, not sure, you know how us older people can get. Is it OK to glue the endbell bushing in the F1 class? I know the rules say it's OK to solder or glue the can bushing but nothing on the endbell bushing. No handout pinions in LMP this year?

As the rule states, no other modifications, glueing the endbell would fall under that rule making it illegal.

Potentially disqualifying a motor because the racer put a dab of glue on it to hold the bushing is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Some common sense needs to be used in the enforcement of any rule set .
