National Flexy rules

I am told there is there a new Rule set for national Flexy Kars. Where can I find it? Not USRA...it was something else

The new sanctioning body is the Flexi National Racing Series, whose next event is at Tri-State Slot Car Raceway in Middletown, OH on October 14th. Ralph Thorne is its director.
