Hudy Tire Truer What Direction is best on the Sanding drum

The stock direction the sanding drum spins downward , I have tried the reverse direction so the sanding drum spins upwards , did anybody ever try this , what is the direction that works best or does it matter

The tire should turn down when your grinding.

The drum should grind down so the dust is caught in the tray, if you have the tyre turning down the dust will get thrown upwards...not good.

Look at your machine while it's running again.

Both wheels turn the same direction. Drum and tire both turn down when your facing the machine. Because of this they oppose each other when they touch.
