So... you may ask... what exactly is a "Thingie" slot car?
Here is the Slot Car Wiki definition:
"Thingies - 60’s originated trend for performance orientated slot cars with outrageous original styling often using lightweight vacuum formed bodies or other hand-formed bodies & brass chassis. Not usually a scale model of a vehicle, but a vehicle in it's own right."

Edo is a colorful character who was heavily into slot cars back then, but about 8 yrs. ago or so, he suddenly stopped posting on the slot car bulletin boards. i don't know of anyone who knows what he's been doing since.
I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people who annoy me.
