You have to scroll down to the description to see what I'm talking about. Like how fast would you have to be going to need cooling fins. Is this for cars using a flux capacitor LMAO.

A better description would be "splined" not finned...Definitely not cooling fins. I believe those "splines" are there to assist the old rubber tires to not slip on the hubs.
