Hi, My questions are: what is the size of the screws, that have some times been used to attach bodies to the chassis of 1/32 and 1/24 scale slot cars. I have some older slot cars that need those screws, and I cannot find them for sale at my local hardware store. I suspect then I will have to find them on line, but I need to know what size to search for. By the way, if you know of a sources for these screws, would you share that info with me also?
Thank you!

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people who annoy me.
Many would be #2 Pan head self tapping (sheetmetal) screws. Small sizes are hard to find, and many #2s strip out. I ended up using #4 size in my Whisperjet rental cars years ago.
Ace Hardware or McMaster Carr could/should have them.
