Like new Carsteen CS2 controller with very little use. Has temp-controlled fan, volt meter, and is fully adjustable with dip switches, Anti-brake, flexible silicone wires.

Yes it is still available. Paul Gawronski ran his at the USRA nats when they were in CA. Not sure what classes he ran.
Voltage choke across all the range. No bypass switch.
