    maybe . . .

I have the date on my calendar! Not sure yet. Only been racing 4 1/2 nascars on the super fast king at Buena Park lately. . . the Canadian White will surely be a challenge after racing on the banked king!

    Hey Lee...

In the case of many potential racers.... do you think that it would be ok to be there AND be square????

Is it possible to have the rules for this race event? And pictures of the track?

Are you allowed to change the motor at each heat for the Eurosport and GT12 race?

You can change motors as often as you want but since cars can only be worked on while the power is on you better be able to change motors REALLY, REALLY quickly.

But seriously, with only 12v, it is highly unlikely you will wear out a motor during the race. You could probably use the same motor for LMP and Group10 no worries.

    After Five Straight Years..............

I regret to say that I will not be able to attend the best race of the year in 2003.

I could make excuses but the truth is I am afraid of getting beaten by Lee's daughter Alicia.

    Maybe next year.

    Have fun you guys!

I truly will miss the Slugfest this year. It will feel weird not to be there.

    OK Herman...

I have to admit that I got all happy and all last night at UK's when I ran my Euro on the Korkscrew.

That was the first time I drove that car since Miserable Ridge.

I felt myself smile when the lap counter flashed 2.952 and now I REALLY know I will miss being there. Euros rule.

The raceway is moving into larger digs so the next couple of months are going to be pretty hectic for ol Greg.

    American Flat Track Worlds Bodies

The BPA 1/24th BMW will be allowed along with the BPA 1/32nd Reynard for the AFTSs. These bodies are imported by Ron Hershman but have been hard to get. The track, South Hill Slots, will have them available in aprox. a week or a little more.

The 1 2/4 BMW is only good for Eurosport. This body does not have enough wing on it for the Production based classes. For most classes the 0/S Bentlee #066 is the body of choice.

Lee - i think you quoted the wrong part # for the Bentlee. I think it's the 068 not the 066.
The Bentlee is a great choice but the Mercedes is very good too.
    24 days and counting!!
