P.A. Watson was cool and collected. He made his single warm-up lap and then preceeded to cut the new record without even looking at the car.
For most, it does not mean much because flat-out driving is not their thing. But the technology involved to accomplish such a feat is awsome and deserve the respect of anyone, even the people who cannot stand the look of the wing cars.

An awesome race, and Randy had a fast car, drove great and kept out of trouble to cruise to the win. Keith stayed within range, but a couple heats of bad traffic kept him in 2nd. Brian struggled earlier a bit, but finished strong.
Now we take a much needed dinner break with a HUGE Barbeque courtesy of Wendell Smith. I'm going to grab some grup before it's all gone!
