Ret-ro rules in-line, adaptation of 1224-design, using two construction methods (“hybrid-build” technique); all-wire frame with “damper” main rails; separate torsional center-guide section attached to motor box built to be as narrow as possible using only four side-by-side pieces of 0.047” wire, with torsional flanking pans made of 0.010” brass sheet backed with 0.039” wire (wire version of “double-V” cut); torsional 0.010” brass sheet backed with 0.039” wire inner side pans and perimeter wire outer side “pans”.
