Ret-ro rules in-line open-wheel chassis; 1224/1309-based design; using two construction methods ( “hybrid-build” technique); all-wire frame with “damper” main rails, separate torsional center-guide section attached to motor box built to be as narrow as possible using only four side-by-side pieces of 0.047” wire, with torsional flanking pans made of 0.010” brass sheet backed with 0.039” wire (wire version of “double-V” cut), and torsional wire side pans.
