JC, Go to the USRA forum on the OWH for my post regarding the meeting. Some of the 10 proposals will be resolved with laguage clarification in the rule book and a vote won't be necessary. The proposals that make the ballot will be posted on the USRA website at www.usraslots.com . The Online Vote is scheduled to begin June 7 and runs for15 days, then it takes about 3 days to verify the count. It takes about a month to get the members entered in the registry and verify their email addresses. Later, Milton
