    Hi Dennis
Bling told me that you wanted to see the love letter from Pepe!
    Well here it is.

    Nesta,
You are a liar and a hypocrite. Your comments about the motors on OWH that
someone alerted me to are false, vile, and amount to slander and libel.
ALL your posting privileges are now suspended on my forum, and I will ask
John to find someone else to report the SCRRA races, even me if necessary.

You are nothing but a dirt bag. Don't even try to come up and apologize, I
    will not be listening.
You are simply a piece of ****. Reflect on that, little moron.
    Sincerely,

    Philippe de Lespinay

Hello Dennis long time no talk, well alot is going on here.Raceway is doing ok , but not great.I haven't been retro racing in over a year and probably won't this summer either.Did you hear at the young age of 60 I'm returning to dirt racing. I be driving for Steve Brenner Motorsports in a 250 four stroke mirco.Sounds funny but I will be shooting for rookie of the yearthis season.A 60 year old rookie? Anyway the ride came up and I took it, not many look at 60 yr. old former champion.Getting use to four wheels will be different after racing bikes most of my life.Just thought I'd let you know whats going on . 3. OK, home now!

You will also need to tell me whether you want to use the Falcon 2 with right side drive or the Slick 7 with more conventional left side drive. I would suggest the Falcon, as it does seem to have a bit more performance. Also, tell me whether you want to solder the motor into the frame or if you want a motor plate for screw-mounting. I prefer the solder method, but it does not seem to make much difference to the handling.
  4. Tom,

Of course this is something I could furnish! You would need to give me a wheelbase range, as the Betta bodies vary quite a lot.

When you say "roller" are you talking about gears, wheels, guides etc? I generally supply front wheels, as I cut down old wing car rears to make the fronts, and often I will suppl;y rears too, cut down from retro tires that are too small. There are some JK wheels available that are nice, but they may not be legal if D3 decide to leave their currrent rules unchanged (the rules call for .740" minimum, the wheels are about .730 out of the tube). Since they are not supporting Retro32 other than for the Checkpoint Cup, they may not think about this. When we run Retro32 at other times now, we allow .720 as the minimum, but it would be wise to check first before I build the frame.

More later, I am about to catch a plane home!

I would love to purchase one of your fine 1/32 anglewinders, I was really impressed with it at the last Checkpoint. I'm trying to get the armada ready for the Checkpoint in January.
What I'd really like is a roller ready for motor and my body of choice (I have several kool old Betta bodies from my old Eurosport days.

Is this something you can furnish?

    Thanks,

    Tom Hansen
