Hey Vic,

Need for Speed is currently racing NECC Outlaw cars on Wednesday night and FCR 1/24 hard bodies (any body style made before 1970).

The 7th annual ROC (Race of Champions) will be the 25-27 last this month. This is going to be a great race with people from all over. If Joe is up to it come on in!

Joe says he,s up for it !!! We,ll see if we can finaly get up to meet all the folks at Need For Speed - - - Ye HAA !!!!!

Hi Mark, Yes joe loves the JR. street stocker. In fact its his favorite car. You know jr,s his boy !!! Hey I,m glad you chimed in, I wanted to let you know that we are still planing to get down to keystone raceway at some point. You got a great bunch of people there. I,ll let you know when, towards fall?

Hi everyone, Well today we finaly got Joe up to Need For Speed raceway.
I even finaly figured out how to get a pic on OWH Mom, will be so proud of me Ralph and Joe run a class act. The track is very easy for joe to get around and is very well stocked. The people are great !! We had a great afternoon. It was nice to finaly meet everyone face to face. As I said, Great people!! We have definetly made some new friends. Now that I think I know how to resize my pics, I,ll start posting some more. Jeff of JayGee racing will be flying out very soon to set Joe up with his new controller. We will be sure to take lots of pics of joe taking his first laps on his new track.

It was very nice meeting you all at Need For Speed on Saturday! It was great that we had nice weather & you finally had the opportunity to check out the raceway.

Joe, after you get that new controller all set up, I expect an invitation to come rub some paint with you sometime! After all, your new track has four lanes. With your mom pitting & being the crew chief, you & your dad won't be using them all.

Dom, If weather is permitting, and Joe is up to it, maybe we will drop in for an hr or 2. Joe has a doctors appt on thursday afternoon to have his trach changed. Depending on how he feels after, we,ll try to stop by. We would like to spend a little more time with you guys. You all were a little busy sat with the big race and all. Speaking of the big race, How did you fair?

Eagle Distributing. This came as a total suprise to us. We wish to thank

Hi everyone, I just wanted to drop a quick line to let you know, that Jeff of JayGee racing will be flying up to NH next tuesday, to set Joe up with his new controller. Joe cant wait to finaly meet Jeff and to spend some time with him. We have the camera loaded and ready to go. We want to be sure to get lots of pics of Joe taking his first laps on his new track. We know you all have been waiting a long time for this, and so have we. I even figured out how to resize and post pics finaly Bout time huh ? I,ll keep you all posted.

I've been reading this thread for MONTHS now and reporting back to my family...I've been feeling your ups and downs I just wanted to let you know I can't express in words the joy I have hearing about how EVERYONE has come together to help you all out!!! It's so nice to see there are still people in this world that have HEARTS!! I'm so happy for you all and can't wait to see the pics. Good Luck with everything in the future and hopefully we will see you all in person soon.

Just a BIG "Thumbs Up" I think should go out to Jeff and the JayGee Racing Crew! These folks have really stepped up and fixed Joe up with what I'm sure will be a really nice Custom controler for Joe to be able to use!

Like Kim says above, it;s really great to see so many folks that really care for others! What a great Hobby/Sport to be involved with...

Thank you Kim, We feel the same way about all the great people who have banded together to help for a good cause. Slot people are a special breed. We have found this out very quickly!! And you are so right, there are alot of BIG harts out there. Everyone has been so great to Joe/Jennie and myself. You know Kim,, We are not all that far from you. You never know if we might pop in sometime. We are planing a trip down to PA. soon to see the gang at KeyStone and we go right through Conn. to get there. We will have to see what we can do. I just wanted to thank you, for those of you who dont remember, THOBART donated the air miles for jeff to personaly fly up to NH. with joes new controller. Now thats service!! I think it was very big harted of tony to do this. This way Jeff can spend a day or two with us and get joe all dialed in on his new JayGee controller. Joe told me that he,s worried people will laugh at him while hes learning how to use this new set up. I hardly think so!! Everyone knows this would take time for anyone to learn. My only problem is, I think my 49 $ parma turbo will be slightly out classed The good news is, I can use that as an advantage when Joe kicks my butt !! hehehe!! A big thank you to a big hart Tony. And lets not forget Jeff who without him,none of this would even be happening. Not only did he spend months building this controller, but is even taking time to fly it to NH to fit it to Joe. All as a donation !! My hats off to you my friends, for you are truly kind people. And that goes for everyone who has steped up to the plate to help us. At some point soon I would like to print all the names of those who have helped on this quest. We may need to start a hole new thread for that
