Its so hard to have to watch your child go through something like this, and feel so helpless. We have to put our fath in the good lord. When I showed joe the pics of his track yesterday, was the first time he said, I need to get home!!!! That made me feel like he has a new drive. He is so greatfull that you are all pulling for him. Mom and I are also, It makes us feel like we are not alone in this. We thank you all for that. He wants to see the pics again today, so I,ll sneek my lap top back in today. hehehe!!! Hey, if it puts a smile on his face, thats all I care. I,ll write in tonight to update.

Anyone that wants to wish Joe well, I made the walls white for self adheasive banners or bumper stickers.......anything that will encourage Joe on to greatness ! The sides are 5.5" high, so keep it under that. Thanks.

Very nice job Gary, a wonderful looking track. It's super to see so many people at the aid of someone in need.Truly all that are helping with Joey's dream are some of the best people around. To give so much from their hearts, we are all lucky to share in this story.Vic, Jennie and Joey , you all have rallyed these people together for one cause. And the end results are many new friendships for many people.Everyone should be very proud of themselves for a fabulous job has been done by all.I for myself am happy to be apart of such a family. Thumbs up Cant wait to show joe !!!!!

Gary, I cant wait to show joe in the morning. Hes going to freak out!!!! I dont know what to say. Its perfect. Hes going to be so happy!! He will want to look at these pics all day tomorrow. He is doing a little better today. His temp has come down a little, his sugar level is also down a little. They put a wound vac on him this morning, so that should help with healing. He was off the vent for a good bit today. He was in much better spirits today. I think the doctors are on the right track. He has some kind of infection that they cant put there fingers on. His blood pressure has been very low, and his hart rate has been high. He got a blood transfusion this afternoon. I could go on all night, but the bottom line is, hes coming around slowly. When I show him his track tomorrow, that will sure perk him up even more!!

    Talking Joe Loves It !!!!

Good morning all, Getting ready to head over to joe. He looked at the pics of his new track many times yesterday. Its better than any meds they could give him. Its the only thing that puts a smile on his face. Hes a very sick boy. The docs are still trying to find out where the infection is . He has become very weak because of everything going on. The poor kid gets put through hell each day , but I am seeing a slow improvment. Its hard for him to keep a good outlook because they tell him something different every day. Jennie has not left his side. She has been sleeping in a chair beside him every night. It makes him feel better to know we are there with him, plus we know how to handle him, rolling, turning, etc.I hold a very high respect for jennie, she wont take no for an answer. It is very hard to keep a good outlook when so much is being thrown at us, But we will try. I,ll try to post tonight and keep you up to date on how things are going.

    Thumbs up Improvement,

Hi everyone, Today I saw a great improvement in joe. Im starting to see that old spark comming back thats been missing the last 2 weeks. He told me that he is starting to feel better as of last night. He was off the vent all day today, and just went back on for the night. Tomorrow morning, thay will take him back off for the day and see how he does. I myself, am starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel.I think joe is also. We have been down this road before, but never this bad. He scard the heck out of us this time. For the first time in 4 ys We thought we might lose him. This has been hell for us as well as him. I think and hope we are over that big hump. Time will tell, but Im seeing the old joe slowly comming back to us. Im so happy right now, that if I were a drinking man, I think I might have to party a bit. Thats about it for today. I hope to have a better day tomorrow. Ill write in tomorrow night to let you know. Thank you all for the cards and well wishes. It means a lot to all of us. See ya tomorrow.
