Exclamation Pit areas of the ISRA Worlds 2010

At slot racing events that I have covered in the past, there has been quite a bit of reader interest and comment on photos of how the competitor pit areas were set up.

Today during a lull in practice, I went around and just took quick shots of the pit areas that are currently set up at the ISRA Worlds 2010.

I hope that you find them to be interesting.

Love the pictures, How many people have laptops there? I wonder if I should have a laptop pocket built on to my slot box? Although if I think I did, my box would need wheels and a small diesel engine to move it. Enjoy the Worlds!

I'm amazed at how many people have shelving units for their spaces. Very good idea!

Wouldn't it be tough to tote around? I do like the idea of how nice and open it is.
No fumbling around looking for stuff you know you have, but cant find? lol

Gugu told me at the Div-1 Nats that most buy them locally at Walmart or the such then leave them behind when the race is over.
There are "Racers" and there are "Talkers".....which one are you?

    Vic,

My workshop has half a dozen rolling chairs that were on sale at the little office supply behind Buena Park Raceway during the '02 Nats. The owner there couldn't believe how quickly he sold out of used office chairs... BPR is still furnished with many of them that were left in the pits! I could only get one in the car at a time, but brought one home every day for a week. They don't match. BFD
