New scale track to Finland (Kotka)

Our old track and club house was burned by arsonist a year ago. We lost everything in a fire. It took eight months to get new place for track. We had problems to get financing and track builder. Our old track was mini king club track. New track is ISRA style scale track. It is about 46 meter long.

Track building started on June and track should be ready on August. Track is designed by Kimmo Rautama and track builder is Janis Nabokins. Track building project can be followed on facebook. Our Facebook pages: http://www.facebook.com/kopsa.fi

Sadly, most guys around here think flat tracks are too hard.

Yep, amazingly we release the trigger at least 6 times a lap

I will add track pictures to track gallery after track is ready. Police have stopped examing our accident. Arsonist burned also other buildings in same area. Damages were extensive.

Our track design should be unique and interesting. Scale racing in flat tracs is most popular form of slot racing in Finland. However most of Finnish scale tracks are quite old.

We will try to organize Finnish Masters international race in future. Traveling time is about 1.5h from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.
